Steve is passionate about his Food Training and regularly conducts Training and Audits to ensure his clients retain their 5 stars and comply with any changes in legislation. Trained to Level 4 at Coleg Gwent by one of their finest Trainers.
Steve is trained to NEBOSH level Health and Safety and conducts most lessons in Health and Safety and COSHH
Steve also trained to NEBOSH level in Fire with a FC1 AND FC2 conducts most of the Fire training and enjoys filling rooms with smoke to promote successful rescue of his Fire Training doll. Other Basic Courses are covered.
Although a director Steve believes that it is important to engage with the client and can also be seen evaluating his other trainers to ensure the very best experience is achieved.
First Aid & Safety TrainerJohn was in the Royal Air Force for 28 years in Physical Education and Mountain Rescue.
As a trained mountaineer John has successfully led groups to Everest Base Camp, the Summit of the Matterhorn, Mount Blanc the Eiger and many more dangerous high mountains around the world.
John is qualified to deal with medical emergencies and uses this knowledge as a trainer for the Welsh Ambulance Community First Responder scheme.
John delivers all paediatric and adult first aid qualifications to health care professionals, care home staff and other organisations.
Some of John’s qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership Studies, Diploma in Psychology, Diploma in Performance Coaching, Diploma in NLP, British Psychological Society Certificates of Competence in Aptitude, Ability and Personality testing.
